ISLAMABAD: One of the leading telecom operators in Pakistan, Ufone and category leader in Islamic banking, Meezan Bank have entered into a strategic partnership to broaden their financial services portfolio, including branchless banking.

Meezan Bank is also a pioneer of sharia based branchless banking in Pakistan.

Financial experts believe that Meezan Bank’s entry in branchless banking is an  exciting and important new initiative that will allow people who do not have access to financial services to avail Islamic banking services.
