India has always maintained that Pakistan has been waging a proxy war against us and now a Pentagon report vindicates this, exposing Pakistan's proxy war against India, the report says that India focused militants continue to operate from Pakistani territory and use proxy war to counter India's superior military. The report also mentions timing of the attack on Indian Consulate in Herat, which came just ahead of PM Modi's swearing in as he is percieved to being close to Hindu nationalist groups.
