There were lot of expectations from Team India to defend their World Cup and people even had taken leave from office to witness India’s win over Australia in the semifinals. However, India came out with a disappointing show yesterday and lost without putting up a considerable fight. And India’s go-to man Virat Kohli failure with the bat irked the fans so much that Virat-Anushka Sharma trolls started doing the rounds on social media. That is perhaps the reason why celebrities don’t admit their relationships to avoid these kinds of incidents and trolls.
Now Virat Kohli was in tremendous form during the World Cup and Anushka was in Mumbai promoting her film NH 10. But when she landed in Australia for the semifinal match and Virat coincidentally flopped in the match, critics just got the opportunity to blame her for the loss. Most of this was in the form of trolls or jokes that we see on twitter. Some of them were like this,

However, though most of these trolls are not meant to be offensive and meant just for fun, it is not easy to handle all this. Bollywood and other celebrities started defending Anushka Sharma regarding her being trolled. Some of the support that came her way was
