I don not recognize Pak Sarzameen Party as a party: Zardari
PESHAWAR: Pakistan Peoples Party co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari said on Wednesday that he did not recognise Pak Sarzameen Party as a democratic party and criticised PSP’s recent ‘million march’.
Holding a press conference, Asif Zardari said that he did recognise PSP as a party. He also took shots at the party’s ‘million march’ which was held in Karachi a few days ago and said that choking Shahrah-e-Faisal was tantamount to blocking Pakistan.
Zardari slammed Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif as well during his media talk. The PPP co-chairman said that Nawaz was unable to manage the affairs of his country.
“Nawaz Sharif claims that he is a lion. But a lion is vicious, isn’t he?” he said, going on to say that a lion is the king of the jungle only in phrases.
Zardari said that when PPP comes into power, it would stop the privatization of hospitals. He boasted that Pakistan Peoples Party would form the government in Pakistan this time around.
Asif Zardari also took shots at PTI when he said that ‘Naya Pakistan’ was just a hoax that was not visible anywhere.
“I haven’t seen ‘Naya Pakistan’ anywhere. If you do, inform me as well,” he said.
