KHUZDAR: A tower of the Pakistan Telecommunication Company was damaged in a bomb blast in the Ispilengi area of Mastung district on Friday, Levies officials said.
Some people placed explosives under the PTCL tower and detonated it by remote control.
“A portion of the tower was badly damaged in the blast,” Levies officials said, adding that telephone and internet service was suspended in a vast area of Mastung district.
PTCL officials said repair work would be started after security clearance.
