‘We don’t want war’, says widow of second Indian pilot

Srinagar, March 04, 2019: A video has emerged of Indian Air Force (IAF) Pilot Ninand’s wife in which she confirms that her husband had, in fact, died on February 27. In the video, she can be heard saying, “Ninand [pilot, her husband] spoke to me on the morning of February 26 for the last time. On Feb 27, he [Ninad] sent me a message saying he would talk later, he was busy. “That was the last time she heard from him. Urging not to advocate war, she says, “We don’t want war. You don’t know what the damages of war are. We don’t want war. No other soldiers should die from either side.”

In her video, she also requests the Indian netizens not to promote war. She says, “I have a request; Facebook warriors, please stop the social media war. If you really are eager [to fight], join the military and try it for yourself that how does it feel.” Urging not to advocate war, she says, “We don’t want war. You don’t know what the damages of war are. We don’t want war. No other soldiers should die from either side. “

Pakistan Air Force shot down two IAF aircraft inside Pakistani airspace. One of the aircraft fell inside AJandK while other fell inside IOK; a fact Indian still denies, while the wife of that pilot talks to Indian media.
