PM Imran Khan directs to launch app ”Mera Bacha Alert”
Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed to launch the app called “Mera Bacha Alert” to tackle the unfortunate incidents and cases of child abduction & missing in the country. It has been said by PM that the app will be launched within two weeks and registration of data on this application will be immediately accessible to the Inspector general & other senior officers.
How Mera Bacha Alert app will work:- "In the event of the disappearance of any child, the details of the registration of data on this application will be immediately accessible to the IG’s and other senior officers of the provinces."
The app“Mera Bacha Alert” will be linked to the Pakistan Citizens Portal. In order to monitor the progress of the child’s recovery and case in any event.
At the Cabinet meeting, Prime Minister further said that investigations into cases of immoral and unpleasant incidents with children have been hugely successful, and that success will help reach other accused involved in such malicious acts.
The Prime Minister said that many unpleasant incidents related to children by parents are not disclosed due to social and other reasons. He mentioned that the present government will take all the steps that can ensure the safety of innocent children and punish those who are involved in such malicious and horrific crimes.
