ICI Pakistan Limited invites applications for the role of Assistant Manager Maintenance based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
· Co-ordinate plant preventive/corrective maintenance (including plant shutdown) & site services to ensure maximum equipment & plant availability for planned production requirements
· Assist the Maintenance Manager in Capital Projects from designing to commissioning
· Maintain Engineering Inventory for optimum availability of engineering spares and to minimise working capital
· Liaison and coordinate with vendors for the efficient execution of the external services related to civil, electrical, mechanical and instrumentation jobs
· Comply in all aspects with ICI Pakistan’s HSE&S Management System and Corporate Engineering Guidelines
Competencies Required:
· Planning & Organizing
· Project Management Skills
· Excellent People Management Skills
· Good technical and troubleshooting skills
· Good understanding of Plant Maintenance Management Systems
