MAY 28 – Jubilee Health Insurance today unveiled a new program that seeks to boost healthcare delivery.
The ‘Always With You’ program, available to all Jubilee Health customers, will cover a wide range of services, including scheduled doctor consultations, pharmacy teleconsultations, drug delivery, as well as ambulance and evacuation services.
This initiative will allow customers to visit their local pharmacy branch for a teleconsultation with a doctor, ensuring full medical attention for them.
The initiative will also provide home-based care coordination for families that require continuous care from dedicated healthcare professionals.
Furthermore, the program will offer scheduling services, including lab test appointments, to enhance the overall customer experience and minimize waiting times spent in hospitals.
Customers will also receive drug delivery services and expedited access to ambulance and evacuation services.
Jubilee Health Insurance CEO Njeri Jomo noted that the company is a dedicated health partner that is passionate about addressing barriers that often hinder access to healthcare services.
