Emirates spreads miles of smiles at SOS Children’s Village
Karachi, October 07, 2019 - Emirates organized a fun carnival at the SOS Children’s Village, the world’s largest not-for-profit organization, in Islamabad. The carnival was held for the residing 120 children who were either orphaned or abandoned by their families.
Emirates Vice President Pakistan Jabr Al-Azeeby spent the day with the children, who enjoyed several fun activities including a magic show, face painting, cartoon characters and a jumping castle. He also distributed gifts to the children on behalf of the airline. The event was supported by the UAE Embassy in Islamabad.
Al-Azeeby said, “Emirates is committed to supporting disadvantaged children and communities, particularly in the destinations across our network, including Pakistan. Every child deserves to be happy and it has been fulfilling to see the smiles our carnival has brought to the children living here.”

کراچی ، 07 اکتوبر، 2019 - ایمریٹس نے ایس او ایس چلڈرن ویلیج میں ایک تفریحی کارنیول کا انعقاد کیا ، ایس او ایس اسلام آباد میں دنیا کی سب سے بڑی غیر منافع بخش تنظیم ہے۔ کارنیول ادارے میں رہائش پذیر 120 بچوں کے لئے منعقد کیا گیا تھا جو یتیم ہیں یا ان کے اہل خانہ نے انھیں وہاں چھوڑ دیا ہے۔
ایمریٹس کے نائب صدر پاکستان جبار العظیبی نے بچوں کے ساتھ یہ دن گزارا ، جنھوں نے جادوئی شو ، فیس پینٹنگ ، کارٹون کرداروں اور ایک جمپنگ قلعے سمیت متعدد تفریحی سرگرمیوں سے لطف اندوز ہوئے۔ انہوں نے ایئر لائن کی جانب سے بچوں میں تحائف بھی تقسیم کیے۔ اس پروگرام اسلام آباد میں متحدہ عرب امارات کے سفارتخانے حصہ لیا۔
العظیبی نے کہا "ایمریٹس خاص طور پر اپنی نیٹ ورک کی پوری منزلوں ، بشمول پاکستان میں پسماندہ بچوں اور برادریوں کی مدد کے لئے پرعزم ہے۔ ہر بچہ خوشی کا مستحق ہے اور ہمارا کارنیوال نے یہاں بسنے والے بچوں کے لئے مسکراہٹیں لانے کی کوشش کی ہے۔
