Pakistan ranks 198th in mobile and broadband internet speeds

Internet website World Population Review has released a list of countries with the fastest mobile and broadband internet speeds. The United Arab Emirates tops the list of countries with the fastest mobile internet in 2024 with an average speed of 297.62 Mbps (megabits per second). Pakistan ranks 198th out of 224 countries with an average mobile internet download speed of 19.59 megabits per second and a broadband download speed of 15.52 megabits per second.



Singapore is second on the World Population Review list with a mobile internet speed of 297.57 megabits per second. Hong Kong is third with a speed of 280 megabits per second. Chile is in fourth place with 265.62 megabits per second, the United States is in fifth place with 242.27 megabits per second, Thailand is in sixth place with 232.15 megabits per second, France is in seventh place with 223.72 megabits per second, Denmark is in eighth place with 219.23 Mbps, Iceland is in ninth place with 213.98 megabits per second and Israel is in tenth place with an average speed of 206.42 megabits per second.

Countries with the fastest broadband internet speeds

According to the World Population Review, all these internet speeds are in megabits per second (Mbps), and if we mention the download speed in megabytes per second (MBPS), the list of top 10 countries is as follows:

The first place in terms of the fastest broadband internet is the United Arab Emirates, where the average speed is 398.51 Mbps. Qatar is in second place with 344.34 Mbps, Kuwait is in third place with 239.83 Mbps, South Korea is in fourth place with 141.23 Mbps, the Netherlands is in fifth place with 133.44 Mbps, Denmark is in sixth place with 130.05 Mbps, Norway is in seventh place with 128.77 Mbps, Saudi Arabia is in eighth place with 122.28 Mbps, Bulgaria is in ninth place with 117.64 Mbps, and Luxembourg is in tenth place with an average speed of 114.42 Mbps.
