KARACHI (Web Desk) Two militants – suspected to be involved in at least 28 terror attacks including target killing of qawwal Amjad Sabri and attack on Military Police (MP) – were arrested by Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) on Monday.
Addressing a press conference in Karachi, Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Murad Ali Shah gave details over the arrests.
CM Shah said that the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) nabbed two militants – Ishaq and Asim – in Liaquatabad area seizing weapons in their possession.
He stated that the two arrested terrorists were involved in the firing incident on October 27 that killed five locals. Murdered qawwal Amjad Sabri was also fatally targeted by the two arrested militants, according to the CM.
