1. Chief Design Officer - EVP

Experience & Skills: 13 years of experience with strong understanding of digital banking operations, data driven Design Strategy, Transforming User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design along with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Qualification: At least a Bachelors Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
COMPLIANCE GROUP
2. Head of Compliance - SEVP
Experience & Skills: 15 years of experience in compliance function within the financial services industry and in-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing digital banking operations. Qualification: At least a Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. CISA, CRCM, CAMS or any other relevant certification will be a plus.
TECHNOLOGY GROUP
3. Head of Platforms & Tech Security - EVP
Experience & Skills: 10 years of experience with strong knowledge in showcasing expertise in IT platforms, optimizing technology infrastructure, and implementing effective security measures.
Qualification: At least a Bachelors Degree in IT, Cyber Security or related field. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent will be a plus.
4. Database Administrator - VP
Experience & Skills: 7 years of experience in an agile or Scrum environment (preferably). Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, .NET, PHP). Qualification: At least a Bachelors Degree in CS, IT or a related field.
5. Server Administrator - AVP
Experience & Skills: 5 years of experience in overseeing and optimizing system stability and efficiency through hardware, software, and operating system management, utilizing virtualization technologies.
Qualification: At least a Bachelors Degree in IT, CS or a related field. Professional certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or Microsoft Certified, Azure Administrator Associate will be a plus.
6. Network Administrator - AVP
Experience & Skills: 5 years experience with Cisco, Juniper, or other major networking equipment. Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Knowledge of security protocols and implementation.
Qualification: At least a Bachelors Degree in IT, CS or related field. Additional certification will be a plus.
7. IT Support Specialist - Junior Manager
Experience & Skills: 2 years of experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with system upgrades, and maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment.
Qualification: At least a Bachelors Degree in IT, CS or a related field.
OPERATIONS GROUP
8. Head of Operations - SVP
Experience & Skills: 12 years of experience in banking regulations and policies, digital transactions, technology infrastructure, and customer service principles.
Qualification: At least a Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
9. Project Manager PMO - VP
Experience & Skills: 7 years of experience in overseeing and managing projects and ensure successful implementation and delivery within scope, time and budget.
Qualification: At least a Bachelors Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
RISK GROUP
10. Chief Risk Officer - SEVP
Experience & Skills: 15 years of experience with strong knowledge of Digital Credit Risk Framework, CRM, RA and emerging digital technologies and industry trends.
Qualification: Preferably FCA, MBA or relevant qualification. CFA or Certification in Risk Management or related area will be a plus.
11. Head of Credit Policy - SVP
Experience & Skills: 10 years of experience in developing and maintaining credit policies in a financial institution, ensuring alignment with risk tolerance and regulatory guidelines.
Qualification: At least a Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
12. Head of Collections - VP
Experience & Skills: 7 years of experience in managing and implementing collection strategies, overseeing delinquent accounts and minimizing credit losses through effective communication and negotiation with customers.
Qualification: At least a Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

13. Resident Shariah Board Member - SVP
Experience & Skills: 10 years of experience of banking products and services in a digital environment in accordance with Islamic Principles and Shariah Law.
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Islamic Finance, Shariah Law, or a related field. Certification from recognized Shariah boards or institutions. RETAIL BUSINESS GROUP
14. Head of Partnerships - SVP
Experience & Skills: 10 years of experience in financial industry digital ecosystems, cultivating partnerships and alliances for enhanced product portfolio and delivery.
Qualification: At least a Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
15. Product Owner/Head of Products (Deposits/Debit Cards) - SVP Experience & Skills: 10 years of experience as a product strategist in
digital product development and management. Proficient in identifying and evaluating fintech and tech partners to augment product offerings. Qualification: At least a Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
16. Head of Sales & Distribution - SVP
Experience & Skills: 10 years of experience with expertise to drive revenue growth and optimize distribution networks leveraging digital platforms and diverse sales channels.
Qualification: At least a Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
17. Scrum Master - Manager
Experience & Skills: 5 years of experience with strong knowledge of optimizing backlog planning, coaching the team in self-organization, and removing impediments to project progress.
Qualification: At least a Bachelors Degree in CS, IT, Business or a related field. SCRUM certification will be a plus.
18. UI/UX Developer - Manager
Experience & Skills: 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and research with proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD etc. Qualification: At least a Bachelors Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
19. QA Testing Manager - Manager
Experience & Skills: 5 years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing techniques with knowledge of QA tools and processes knowledge of programming languages - Python, Typescript etc.
Qualification: At least a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
20. Front End Developer - Deputy Manager
Experience & Skills: 3 years of experience with strong proficiency in Git version control and React, JavaScript, and related libraries/tools. Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS) and modern styling techniques.
Qualification: At least a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
21. Back End Developer - Deputy Manager
Experience & Skills: 3 years of experience with strong proficiency in developing scalable and highly-available stable APIs using NodeJS technologies and well versed with CI/CD principles, troubleshooting and solving issues in distributed services ecosystem. Qualification: At least a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
